The Executive Team
Clint Sciba Chief Executive Officer
Clint, a 2000 graduate of Texas A&M University, has been with Sim-Tex since 2013. He most recently served as the VP of Operations and Purchasing before being named Chief Executive Officer of Sim-Tex, LP. Clint brings a diverse professional background to his leadership role, including experience as the CEO of one of Houston's largest staffing firms, specializing in maritime and waste management industries. Prior to joining Sim-Tex, he also owned and operated two small construction businesses, further demonstrating his entrepreneurial drive and hands-on approach to business. Clint is also actively involved in the Waller County Fair and supports several other local organizations, reflecting his strong commitment to community engagement. He enjoys spending time outdoors fishing, hunting, ranching, lake life, all Texas A&M sports and doing all this with his wife Ashley, and their three daughters, Claire, Keeleigh, and Caroline.
Chuck Galliger Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Chuck has been a vital part of Sim-Tex since 2009, bringing over 35 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting. His areas of expertise include financial analysis and reporting, planning and forecasting, treasury management, tax strategy, and insurance oversight.
Chuck holds a Bachelor's in Accountancy from the University of North Dakota and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Steve Scianna Jr. Chief Operations Officer
Steve began his career in the OCTG industry with Sim-Tex in 2007. Over the years, he has held several key roles including Account Manager and Sales Director and was named Vice President of Sales in 2022. In 2025, Steve was promoted to Chief Operations Officer, where he now oversees company operations with a focus on strategic growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. Before joining Sim-Tex, Steve worked with Herff Jones in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, where he specialized in sales of college and high school rings as well as graduation products. He is a graduate of Mississippi State University, holding a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing. Outside of work, Steve enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, hunting, fishing, and cheering on Mississippi State in college football.
Ashley Sciba
Administrative Officer
Asley is a 2000 graduate from Sam Houston State University, with a Bachelor's in Fine Arts. Initially the plan was to travel across the world in fashion, but her dad came calling with an idea of working and building the family business with him. Without hesitation, she took his offer and has been with Sim-Tex for nearly 25 years. Working in several departments to understand the business, but eventually becoming Chuck's Executive Assistant, helping with all aspects she does today, from the family philanthropy, estate/financial investments, and supporting of all departments within Sim-Tex. Ashley works daily, missing her father but carrying on his legacy.
Stephanie Scianna Latham
HR Administrator
Stephanie Scianna Latham has been a dedicated member of the Sim-Tex team since 2004, contributing to various departments over the years, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Sales. She currently serves as the HR Administrator and plays a key role in the Treasury department. In pursuit of furthering her professional development, Stephanie will begin completing her Bachelor's degree in Human Resources through the University of Southern Mississippi's online program in Spring 2026.
