Heat Treatment
Sim-Tex offers the ability to upgrade carbon-grade tubing and casing through precision heat treatment processes. Heat treatment involves the controlledheating and cooling of steel to enhance its mechanical properties - such as strength, hardness, and toughness - without altering the shape of the pipe.
We provide both normalizing and quenching and tempering treatments, depending on the material grade and performance requirements. Each process is carefully monitored to ensure the tubing and casing meet or exceed industry standards, delivering consistent and reliable performance in the most demanding applications.
