Todd Johnson Operations Manager
Todd is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in Industrial Engineering. He brings over 20 years of experience in the OCTG and steel manufacturing industries. Todd began his career at Lone Star Steel in 2001 and went on to hold key roles at U.S. Steel Texas Operations and Axis Pipe and Tube. He joined Sim-Tex with a strong background in operatios and a proven track record of leadership and industry experience.
John Syrko Production Control
With over 46 years of experience in the oilfield industry, John brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on expertise to the Sim-Tex operations team. His career has encompassed a broad range of roles across the pipe supply chain, including extensive time spent at pipe mills and processors before joining Sim-Tex in 2006.
Joel Calderon Production Control
Joel joined Sim-Tex in 2024 and plays a key role in upholding the company's commitment to quality and industry standards. He brings over 15 years of experience in the OCTG industry, with a strong focus on quality control, non-destructive testing (NDT), metallurgy, and manufacturing processes. He holds multiple certifications in NDT methods and has extensive knowledge of API and ISO standards, ensuring consistent compliance and excellence throughout all stages of production.
